To provide you with the core functionality of Pelia (light softening for portrait photos), we collect the following types of information:

• User Content: Images and photos you upload, process, or save through the App. This content is processed locally on your device and only stored on our servers if you explicitly choose to back up or share processed images.
• Device Information: Non-personal information such as device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs. This data helps us optimize the App's performance and fix technical issues.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and in-app actions. This data is used to improve user experience and prioritize feature development.
• Account Information: If you create a Pelia account, we may collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. This information is used to manage your account and provide personalized services.

• Service Provision: To process your images, apply light softening effects, and deliver the core functionality of the App.

We do not share your User Content with any third-party analytics or advertising services.

Information Collected: We only collect the original photos actively selected by users for special effect processing.

Collection Method: Double consent is obtained through App Tracking Transparency and in-app AI Consent before this operation occurs.

Purpose of Use: The collected photos are only used for pixel-level ambient light softening of the image. They are not used for identity recognition or user profiling.

Third-Party Statement: We use trusted third-party AI API providers (e.g., Cloud AI Providers, if applicable). We have verified that the service provider maintains the same or higher data protection standards, and that they will not retain users' photos for training their own large models (this is a standard compliance clause of OpenRouter).
